What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay .

What is the Ticketing Process?

No account is required to purchase tickets on the ticketing site.

Once tickets are added to your cart, you will have more than enough time to enter your information and complete checkout.

How Many Tickets Can I Buy?

• VIP Packages: Maximum of 2 tickets per purchase

1 PERSON CAN ONLY CLAIM UP TO 2 VIP PACKAGES OF ANY TIER

• General Admission: Maximum of 2 tickets per purchase


What is the Seating Information

• Floor seating is first come first serve, in a queuing system. (Every tier will have a designated section)

• Balcony seating is first come, first served.

• VIP package holders receive preferred balcony access.

How Will Queuing work? 

• Wristbands will be number based and be given based on line order

• Only lines and queuing set by SSM staff will be honored 

• No camping & No lines prior to 1 pm. (This is for your safety) 


What is the Show Day Schedule?

We will release full show day schedule including arrival time for VIP checkin, doors open, benefits, etc., closer to the ticket sales date. Please make sure you are following us on social media platforms to stay well informed.

How is the Age Policy?

Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

What are the Fansign (Grab & Go) Details?

The fansign includes a brief greeting while the artists are signing.

What Can Be Signed?

Only the official event poster provided at the fanmeet may be signed.

Will There Be a Presale?

There will be no presale for this event. All tickets will be available during the public on-sale.

Can We Bring Gifts?

Due to continued travel following the show, only cards/letters will be allowed. Thank you for understanding.

What is the Refund Policy?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

When Group Photos Be Available ?

Group photos will be uploaded within approximately two weeks after the event.

The link will be shared via our Instagram bio and stories once available.

What is the Showtime & Schedule?

The show begins at 6:00 PM.

Fan benefits will take place both before and after the main show. A detailed showday schedule will be released closer to the event date.

What is the Bag Policy?

The bag policy is dependent  on the venue. All bags will be checked at security.


Can I Bring My Camera?

No DSLRS, Point-and-Shoots, Polaroids or any professional cameras with detachable lens and camcorders are allowed, unless given a photo pass. You will be asked to leave the fan meet if caught. If interested in a photo pass, please email starstruckmediaevents@gmail.com


ADA Seating Disclaimer

Accessible (ADA) seating is extremely limited at the venue.

If you require accessible seating, please contact us immediately after purchasing your ticket at boxoffice@starstruckmediaevents.com to request accommodation in the reserved ADA area.

Failure to contact us in advance may result in the venue being unable to provide appropriate seating on the day of the event.
